Leah is a busy mom of 3 fabulous kids ages 5 through 13. As the magazine founder, Leah has been eagerly growing the magazine into the eco-family, friendly publication she has dreamed of since her first baby was born! She is also the President of Canada's first national, retail chain of specialty baby stores, bo bébé. Her passion for babies is apparent in every project she takes on and she has big plans on the horizon for Birth Of A Mother!
As an industry leader in her field, Leah hopes to make giant leaps in the improvement of baby product certification in Canada, help create tighter guidelines on baby product manufacturing (and mandatory manufacturer's due diligence BEFORE going to market). Leah also plans to increase her already full, philanthropic portfolio of 5 sponsored World Vision kids and her growing mountain of local and global charities. Julie found Birth of a Mother soon after the birth of her first son Ethan. Now with # 2 (Emmett) in her life, Julie has learned the art of “balance”. She cherishes the moments with her family, especially the little things, and feels so lucky to be able to be home to enjoy them! The experience as a Sales Rep led to the opportunity to accept a position as The Director of Operations for the Magazine.
Jennifer is a Registered Nurse and Mother of three wonderful boys, (one due any day!) All three-years-old and under! As you can imagine her life can be hectic, but she wouldn't trade it for anything. Nothing compares to the pride she feels from watching her children grow and develop into funny, smart, caring little people. Married to her high school sweetheart, she is living out her life's dream.
